Camille Swift

L'Angoisse de Méduse
Oil on Canvas
12" x 16"

L'Angoisse de Méduse by Camille Swift first came into being as a self-portrait,
but as the painting developed, it became a tribute to the artist's longtime affection for the myth of Medusa.
On an emotional level, the piece is an expression of ferocity and madness.
In terms of technique, it was the artist's goal to conduct an exploration of
texture, striving to create vibrant yet organic visual effects.
